As Toll Collection Operations Consultant you will:

-Contribute to the overall Tolling team function in Europe

-Translate tolling and mobility industry clients requirements into solutions that will create value for Accenture and our clients.

-Use your delivery skills, deep understanding of the competitive landscape and unparalleled knowledge of toll collection processes, key performance indicators and operations best practices to create win/win solutions for our clients and Accenture.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a highly driven Toll Collection Operations Consultant with an analytical and curious mind together with a strong work ethic.

• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

• + 5 years of experience in back-office operations in highways’ Toll Collection

• Good understanding of Customer Service, Billing and Payment Collection processes applied to Toll Collection

• Experience on planning and managing teams

• Fluent in English
