Job Descrption:

We are looking for a highly talented Engineer to join our Eng. team to lead engineering solutions mainly for obsolescence parts and CIPs (Continues Improvements Plan) on a multi-disciplinary system. Manage the project from C&F and design phase through development, testing and release.

As a system engineer, you’ll be managing and leading varied engineering solutions in a wide range of complexity. Working closely with PDC & AGS groups, Suppliers, and 3rd party.

Our Group: PDC /Legacy Platform- Engineering team, part of AGS OCE group.

What you'llbedoing:

Engineering management of SEM (Scanning electron Microscope) & WI (Wafer inspection) projects.

Provide engineering solutions for legacy PDC products
  • Solutions for obsolescence parts (Obsolescence Management)
  • Re-engineering activities
  • Work with 3rd party on technical level; Provide SOW (scope of work)
  • Work with supplier on technical level

Reduce cost of parts by providing improvements (increase lifetime, qualify more reliable modules, increase repair capabilities, etc.) Project management: Manage meetings - internal and external (mainly suppliers and customers); Timeline; Budget; Escalations. Lead qualification of engineering solution to spec
  • Provide risk assessment
  • Define & execute Qualification plan
  • Define, execute, and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool)
  • Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool)

Support development activities Manage quality issues and engineering related Escalation Support ECOs (Engineering change orders) activities Documentation - Technical reports, Suppliers procedures, FCO’s, (Field change orders) PPT (Project Plan& Presentation) Work and support both external and internal groups on technical aspects (SBU - Service Business Unit , Field, EPG, Spares Planning, Repair, suppliers Work independently.

What you should have?
  • B.Sc. in relevant fields: Electrical Engineering, Electro Optics
  • Technical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Computing, System, Optic, Electronic, Motion, Mechanics, SEM)
  • Data analytical and presentation skills
  • Advantage: PDC SEM Platforms: SEMVision G2 - G6; Verity 4i-6i.
  • PDC Wafer Inspection: UV3 - UV7, Compass / Complus
  • Mask Inspection: AERA
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams
