Position Summary This position provides clerical support for the department. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Maintains active, inactive and other department files. Provides ready inventory of forms, brochures, scheduling reports, etc. Obtains and copies documents as requested. Assists with computer entry. Acts as a back-up receptionist and assists with mail distribution. Preferred Qualifications Working organizational, communication and computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle detail-oriented processes. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent high school certification. Six months of demonstrated previous clerical experience. Grade G03-H Salary Range $15.00 - $19.00 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
