The Preferred location is NY but open to open to remote work. Candidate would need to be able to support the team and time difference on the East Coast.

The Global Business Services (GBS) is a top PepsiCo transformation initiative and will modernize and optimize the what, where and by whom work is done in PBNA. By establishing an extended PBNA team globally to streamline our work and processes, free up capacity in North America, source new capabilities, and deliver significant productivity.

In PBNA, GBS is a critical pillar in addition to the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) to transform the business technology, end-to-end business process and talent foundation. The two initiatives are led from within the PBNA Strategy & Transformation team, in partnership with the Sector and Division teams.

PBNA kicked off the GBS initiative in April 2019 starting with the U.S. and the Finance Planning, Marketing & Insights, Commercial/Sales and HR functions (Wave 1). The Design work was conducted over a 10-week period, in partnership with Global GBS team, and will be executed over a multi-year period (2020-2026). Since then, we have successfully completed our first waves of 2020-2021 migrations and are currently delivering key BOY migrations while planning for 2022 migrations.

The GBS FP&A role will be key in providing a the modeling foundation of the financial business case while leading period reporting, planning, implementation and execution of the project plan along with conducting supportive analyses. The individual in this role will report to the GBS FP&A Director and needs to have excellent communication skills to be able to support effective execution of the project plan. In addition to possessing these skills the Associate Manager will be responsible for engaging with various stakeholders across PBNA/Global team to address nuances of the GBS program.

This role also requires excellent problem solving, strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple different Business Partners at all levels of the Business. The GBS Associate Manager will partner closely with functional leaders to maintain the business case and integrated transformation roadmap covering timeline, actions and interdependencies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee GBS financials through AOP planning, period reporting, and weekly connects
  • Maintain financial models with the use of Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and Python to consolidate and communicate GBS financial business case.
  • Engage/partner with Global teams and other sectors to influence and incorporate PBNA specific nuances
  • Collaborate/partner closely with cross-functional leads to ensure successful realization of financial objective
  • Enable/arm functional leaders with the latest and accurate information to facilitate connects with respective business partners
  • Track business case and partner with PBNA Finance to ensure FP&A alignment across sector/divisions
  • Stay connected and aligned with PGT and other transformation projects
  • Perform relevant analyses by translating data to meaningful insights and drive problem solving with conceptual/creative thinking
  • Proactively identify issues and provide solutions while streamlining and automating standardized processes to improve efficiency
  • Reinforce people first approach through proactive impacted employee assessment and insights
  • Support functional leads with related projects as needed

    Compensation and Benefits:

  • Expected salary range is $78,000 - $125,000

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

  • Bachelors Degree
