Title: S&PP Pricing and Profitability CoE Learning and Insights Lead

Job Summary:

Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals.

The Pricing & Profitability CoE - Profitability Learning & Insights Lead sits within Accenture’s Sales & Pricing Performance Pricing Center of Excellence and supports the objective to raise overall pricing acumen and drive more profitable pricing behavior through education. This individual will work closely with other S&PP stakeholders and the Learning team to ensure effective execution of training programs.

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Own and manage key relationships with Learning Delivery to support session planning and logistics management

+ Assist with faculty management by coordinating with Learning Delivery and serving as SME of faculty procurement

+ Work closely with Learning Coaches to understand and document session delivery questions and feedback

+ Build relationships with faculty team members and continue to grow faculty pool

+ Serve as key POC for ad hoc or tailored learning requests from Markets/Market Units/CGs/Services, etc.

+ Conduct research and develop content for The Price is Right Yammer feed

+ Review and update pricing collateral in alignment with Accenture’s priorities

+ Provide content updates for both internal (Pricing Awareness and Pricing Excellence) and external programs (Financial Acumen, Experienced Hire, etc.)

+ Educational Qualification

Must have:

Bachelor's degree

English language fluency (oral and written)

Good to have:

Skills & Work Experience

Must have:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Good to have:

Exceptional organization and communication skills

Excellent PowerPoint skills

Experience in Project Management

Experience in Change Management and/or Learning

Ability to digest the complex and simplify for mainstream audiences

3+ years creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate complex business issues through charts, graphs, etc.

Strong Excel skills

Analytical skills; collects, researches and interprets data

Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion

Basic technical systems knowledge – MMS/MMP

Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quickly

Ability to work virtually with diverse individuals

Other requirements (please specify such as overtime, etc.)

Relevant experience with the Service or Global Strategic Effort that will be supported

Relevant experience in pricing is helpful but interest in learning about price and profitability is required

Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area

Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs

Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
