Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will

-Leads 2-3 rebate invoice operations teams responsible for monthly and quarterly invoicing to manufacturers of $50+ billion annually
-Leads engagement in organizational integration, policy, procedure initiatives, process improvement, capital & BSR projects
-Recommends operational improvements and delegates appropriately
-Documents processes, policies & procedures
Leads presentations and project team meetings internally and externally with CVS Health business partners, Pharma and clients
-Coordinates the efforts of a cross unit / cross company teams that include Contracting, Trade Relations, Finance, Legal and other corporate departments
-Responsible for day to day administration of systems and processes for accurate, timely administration of contracts across multiple rebate models (GPO, Medicare D) and CVS Health entities
-Analyzes system output for variances and trend changes, identifying client impact, explaining market share change and presenting findings to internal partners
-Maintains a collaborative, effective relationship with manufacturer contact at all times
-Assertively leads and performs the vital research to influence, drive and implement approved recommendations regarding system enhancements or improvements to reduce costs, minimize processing time, improve controls or increase client / manufacturer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
5 or more years of Finance / Accounting / Operations experience (may include internship experience). or Masters Degree and 3 or more years of Finance / Accounting / Operations experience (may include internship experience).

Preferred Qualifications
Previous Management Experience
Microsoft Excel and Access
Contract administration, financial and / or data analysis, data-mining, and invoicing experience
PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products
Contract interpretation experience
Degree with a concentration in Math, Finance, Economics or Accounting

Bachelor's Degree required
