Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

+ Erstellen von Produktionsplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Fertigungskapazitäten

+ Aufträge nach Typen, Baumustern, Fertigungsstellen, etc. aufgliedern

+ Regelmäßigen Fertigungsablauf verfolgen, Abweichungen feststellen, Ursachen analysieren und Abhilfemaßnahmen veranlassen

+ Versuchs- und Sonderprogramme mit veränderten technischen Inhalten unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen und terminlichen Auswirkungen einsteuern

+ Abstimmung der verfügbaren personellen und technischen Kapazitäten sowie der Materialverfügbarkeit

+ Disponieren von Materialien, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen

+ Bestellungen auslösen und Vorgänge überwachen

+ Überwachung des Eingangs montage- bzw. fertigungskritischer Zulieferungen; ggf. Ersatzbeschaffungen veranlassen und Lieferfolgen verändern

+ Dispositionsgrundlagen pflegen, An- /Auslauf und Verbrauch überwachen

Qualifications

Anforderungen:

+ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung

+ Weiterbildung (z.B. IHK Fach-/Betriebswirt, Meister oder staatl. gepr. Techniker) wünschenswert

+ mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Fertigungssteuerung bzw. Materialdisposition

+ Eigenständige Arbeitsweise

+ Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

+ Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP und MS Office)

+ Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
