As a Consumer Product Analyst, you will
  • Provide consulting and solution design support to business partners.
  • Maintain configuration system, and execute changes to the system based on requirements from business partners.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and clearly express ideas to various levels of leadership.
  • Develop functional designs based on business need, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
  • Drive and participate in design, code, testing, and executing solution.
  • Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, and ensures that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.
  • Work under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills

You're a person who has (required skills)
  • Intermediate level skills of Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Working knowledge of account acquisitions or pricing platforms (controls, inputs/outputs, etc.)
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with partners
  • Satisfactory presentation skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Demonstrated partnership skills - the desire to work in a team-based atmosphere that focuses on project success and enabling coordinated improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving-skills

You'll be better prepared if you have (desired skills)
  • Ability to support production research inquiries and provide platform user support.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Vehicle Lending, Deposits, or Fraud processing
  • Platform production support and configuration experience ( opening tickets, new user set up, drop down and screen updates)
  • Knowledge of Magellan, Interact or Venom data platforms for CVL/Deposits/Fraud
