Job Description

As a Retail Sales and Marketing Manager at Intel, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of developing and executing an ongoing strategy to drive Intel-based solutions through several large and influential retailers in the U.S. which include Staples, Staples.com, Office Depot, Micro Center and several key New York City retailers.

A successful candidate will be capable of handling the core demands of developing and managing an expansive marketing pipeline, including but not limited to, all levels of go to market management for both brick and mortar and online activities. In addition to leading key marketing initiatives, the Retail Sales and Marketing Manager will also lead sales activities for Staples.com, as well as help support additional component sales opportunities in the region.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in partnership with their Retail Sales Manager and Retail Marketing Manager peers in the development of a cohesive strategy which fosters a growing preference for Intel based technologies and an ongoing relevance to drive sales volume and revenue. This individual should also possess the skills to work in partnership with our OEM and technology partners, both internal and externally, to align sell through strategies for iA based solutions and work closely with Intel's Global Consumer Marketing Team to ensure marketing strategies and subsequent execution of those strategies are synergistic.

Additionally, the Retail Sales and Marketing Manager will work in partnership with Intel's Sales and Strategy Team to ensure Intel's consumer programs are implemented and aligned to Intel guidelines.

  • Talent to maximize all investment opportunities, internally and externally, to ensure optimal ROI as well as ensure net revenue targets are factored into any sales and go to market plan.

  • Teamwork and collaboration are a must, as it is expected that this role will work closely with other members of the sales teams, our business units, verticals, executives, and our fellow travelers to focus all available resources to achieve Intel objectives.

  • Highly self motivated and willingness to work on incentive based performance measurement system.

  • Good understanding of and/or skills to clearly articulate Intel's technology value in the industry and supportive marketing programs.

  • Effective presentation skills, business maturity and professional presence in front of a variety of audiences, including executive leadership.

  • Strong negotiating skills.


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of consumer sales and marketing experience and/or a strong demonstrated aptitude for those disciplines.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$144,500.00-$230,900.00
