Job Description
The Senior Manager Clinic Operations of MinuteClinic will report to the Ld. Director of Clinic Operations and is responsible for the business and operational tasks associated with growing and maintaining our clinics. This role will be required to identify and develop growth and development opportunities and strategies at the market and clinic level and work with the local field management to implement those strategies. The Senior Manager will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with both the MinuteClinic and CVS retail field management teams. They will also need to review and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth. The Senior Manager will be responsible for a geographically diverse area of over 200 clinics. Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall project management of Minute Clinic growth and expansion among a variety of internal stakeholders. There will also be involvement in other workstreams that overlap with clinic operations.

Required Qualifications
1. 5+ years experience in Customer Service, Retail or Retail Healthcare.
2. 5+ years of experience developing and implementing growth strategies at a micro and macro level
3. 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
4. Up to 75% travel required, including frequent attendance at local staff meetings

Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Tableau software reporting and analysis
2. Knowledge/experience with retail clinic operations or related HealthCare operations
3. Knowledge/experience across the HealthCare spectrum.
4. Experience in business development and strategy preferred.
Must be able to identify and solve problems, assess situations and opportunities and think critically
4. Strong internal and external relationship building and management
5. Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to provide direction and leadership within components of larger tasks and projects

Education
Bachelor's Degree is required
