We are seeking an Integrated Campaigns Manager, who will be part of the enterprise Brand Experience team and report to the Communications Director, Integrated Campaigns and Content Strategy.  This individual will lead the development and execution of some of the company’s highest priority, most visible communications campaigns, including those for the brand, recruitment, employee culture and environmental sustainability. In addition to acting as the primary HR recruitment team account manager, this person will lead a team of individual contributors and drive the development of strategy while simultaneously managing tactical execution. In this role, the selected candidate will: Lead the development of an overarching brand campaign plan and narrative, defining how Northrop Grumman is positioned in the marketplace and how we translate that into our brand as an employer Partner with the enterprise Employee Experience team on campaign work to support our employer brand, including the development of creative, messaging, and culture-focused content Lead the development of our enterprise talent acquisition strategy and campaign plan in close partnership with recruitment leads in the operating sectors Act as an internal “account manager” for recruitment, building productive working relationships with sector recruitment leads, and managing the tactical execution of the plan, including budget and operations Lead the development of our enterprise Environment, Social and Governance campaigns, including for environmental sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion Partner with Content Strategy manager on development of supporting content for internal and external distribution on Northrop Grumman channels, including branded editorial and social media Partner with Advertising manager on paid campaign elements Partner with Media Strategy and Engagement team on owned campaign elements and opportunities Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or other liberal arts field At least 8 years of experience in communications, media, marketing, and/or advertising Experience leading or managing a team Proven experience in building productive working relationships with functional and/or business leaders Strong judgment and ability to remain agile in a fast-moving environment with rapidly shifting priorities Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal and organizational skills  Budget management experience                                        Preferred Qualifications: Excellent collaboration and presentation skills as well as the ability to effectively interface with and influence all levels of management Experience leading and mentoring individuals in their professional development Ability to support and enhance strong communications standards, workflows and branding guidelines Excellent project management skills  Advertising or branding agency experience Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
