The Program Enhancements team within Global Retail Market US Product Delivery is looking for a Manager, Product Analysis! This position offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to support GRM US profit and growth goals and help shape current and future programs. Individually and through management of a small team of analysts, you will be responsible for providing project management support for complex states and product launches. You will assist in strategic decision making on product scope and implementation and provide communication to impacted stakeholders. We work side-by-side with our various partners in dedicated teams to drive project execution. You will help differentiate Liberty Mutual in the marketplace through the implementation of industry leading products and experiences.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as an individual contributor, while also managing a small team of analysts
  • Focuses on development and implementation of countrywide initiatives
  • Conducts high complexity analysis under minimal direction to support strategic direction
  • Queries data to conduct ad hoc analysis of metrics and answer advanced business questions 
  • Leads the development of analytic resources and tools (i.e., complex excel files, processes, and documentation)
  • Has direct reports with responsibility for low to moderate complexity countrywide implementations
  • Presents implementation strategy, analyses, and results of countrywide initiatives to Senior Product Managers and other stakeholders

Ideal candidate will have: 

  • Ability to drive decisions and influence others.
  • Experience effectively managing projects and working groups.
  • Ability to manipulate data in Excel and clearly present data in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business lines’ products.
  • Leadership experience and directly managing others beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field.
  • Minimum 4 years, typically 6 years or more relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Access).
  • Must have strong planning, organization, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and directly managing others beneficial.
  • Deep knowledge of data sources, tools, and the business
