Position: Principal - Marketing Manager / Head of Brand, North America
  • Candidate will be responsible for building Infosys brand and the narrative to help increase awareness, engagement and reputation for Infosys across target stakeholder groups.
  • Will deliver global brand positioning programs across the US including our annual client conference Confluence - as well as other memberships, events, sponsorships and hospitality - to increase target group and influencer engagement.
  • Will be responsible to enhance visibility for major content platforms across integrated channels and build reputation for specific US thought leaders
  • Will create an integrated client engagement program across major US markets to position Infosys as an innovation partner and support demand for new portfolio offers.
  • Managing budgets, mentoring direct reports as well as members of the extended marketing team will be integral to the role.
  • This position may require travel domestically and occasionally, internationally.

Role Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of the IT services market, key competitors and influencers
  • Strong events and brand marketing background, able to provide leadership and effective management to agencies and staff
  • Solid campaign marketing experience from concept to execution; proven lead generation experience
  • Knowledge of various social and digital marketing channels, activities, metrics and measurement techniques
  • Mastery over high impact communication across multiple formats, including strong written and spoken business English, good understanding of graphic design for print and digital formats, and relevant social media channels and practices
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships across time zones, geographies and cultures
  • Ability to influence at senior level
  • Experienced and capable people leader, able to develop and nurture marketing talent and build team culture
  • Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 13 years of relevant work experiences including B2B marketing experiences in the US; preferably in technology or professional services sector.

Location: Strong preference for NY/NJ. Dallas, TX is an option too.
