In this role, you will work with aptitude LLC's Business Operations team. This role will provide analytical and operational support for various financial processes, including but not limited to transaction fee auditing, payment identification, rebate process improvement, and related business intelligence.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence reporting and dashboards to support supplier reported sales and rebate processes.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on outstanding invoices, payments and sales reporting for all aptitude revenue streams.
  • Audit supplier reporting for accuracy and use data to analyze trends, extract insights and validate findings.
  • Support the delivery of customized analyses, leveraging internal and external, raw and/or published data, as well as structured and unstructured datasets.
  • May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
  • Establish strong working relationships and active communication with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations.
  • Work independently to perform analyses and develop solutions based on thorough and comprehensive research and technical skills.
  • May work with multiple data sources and across business lines to develop new capabilities.
  • Identify issues and create solutions to resolve business problems.
  • Present recommendations to management and/or external stakeholders and provides guidance in selecting alternatives with impact to the team or functional area's bottom line.

  • Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, business or health care related field preferred.
  • Experience with a GPO, healthcare provider, or distributor/manufacturer a plus.
  • Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Access, SQL and/or VBA.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tool.
  • Flexible, action-oriented team player.


Estimated Hiring Range:
$66,500.00 - $96,500.00
