Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to recurring help center activities and respond to moderately complex customer questions regarding technology solutions. In this role, you will provide advanced expertise and solutions to meet customer needs.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Support and Tools - Technology Support - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to a ticketing system for technology issues, updates, and requests.
  • Install and maintain a wide variety of technology hardware and software.
  • Maintain user access accounts.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 2 years

Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills

Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
Adept at managing project plans to ensure successful project completion
Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes

Tools

Skilled in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Experience with project management
Skilled in ServiceNow
Skilled in using Windows
