Accenture’s Digital Workplace group consists of leading professionals who combine business and industry knowledge with technology expertise, to deliver solutions for implementing an engaged and connected workplace. Our services revolve around the Cloud and SaaS, transitioning clients mobile, collaboration and productivity environments to a modern OpEx based model while keeping a focus on security. Taking clients on this journey to the Cloud often requires significant cultural change and the implementation of new ways of working. We guide our clients through this journey working with a broad range of business stakeholders to minimise disruptions and to ensure a successfully outcome.

In our team we are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Collaboration Specialist with:

+ Product knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Skype for Business, Exchange, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint.

+ Experience in Office 365 environments including implementation (design, build, test, migrations and run) of Experience with Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint.

+ Experience of on-premise, hybrid and cloud only environments and deployments

+ Microsoft/Office 365 Security products including - Azure ATP, DLP, AIP

+ Experience working with Google Workplace suite of products

+ Experience and knowledge of Cloud collaboration tools including Monday.com, Slack etc

+ Experience and knowledge of telephony products including Cisco WebEx, Zooms, Teams & Skype for Business

+ Telephony experience including: Session initiation protocol, video conferencing systems, network assessment and troubleshooting, load balancing and virtualization

+ Microsoft Teams specific experience and knowledge of: (Teams for Communication, Teams for Collaboration, Guest Access Management, Live Events, Phone System / Enterprise Voice / Calling Plans / Direct Routing, Audio Conferencing, Teams Policies

+ Support development of Digital Workplace capabilities as a SME in areas such as digital Identity and security, remote and automated deployments, Workforce and Culture, and Change Management

As a Digital Workplace Collaboration Specialist, you will:

+ Operate and manage clients cloud collaboration environments

+ Have up-to-date knowledge of modern workplace technology products

+ Have knowledge about Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Enterprise licence product

+ Have experience in migration planning and execution (e.g., T- countdowns)

+ Analyse current on-premise solutions to determine cloud migration paths

+ Familiar with writing technical documentation, including High Level and Low Level Designs, test scripts etc

+ Experience working with ITIL tooling such as Remedy and ServiceNow

+ Skills and experience with various methods of troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, and other 3rd party tools

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

+ Experience with migration tooling such as Quest, Binary tree etc

+ Must be a super user in Windows 10 and Office 2016 on at least Outlook. Knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is an advantage

+ PowerShell and other scripting language

+ Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS and Google Cloud

+ Familiar with cloud automation, microservices, Terraform, Azure Functions, Microsoft/Office Graph API

+ Experience with Infra-as-Code and Workplace-As-Code

+ Familiarity with PowerApps, Flow and PowerPlatform suite

+ Proven success in Workplace services with strong interpersonal skills at other consultancies or within industry

+ Evidence of proactive personal development such as post graduate study or industry certifications, particularly within Digital Workplace technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications)

+ Strong communications skills and technology consulting project-based background

+ Relevant certifications in the modern workplace practice from other cloud vendors such as AWS, Microsoft and Google

+ Ability to gain an understanding of customer process and issues, and communicate them back

+ Identify future opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace services

+ Experience working with global teams on projects and offshore teams to facilitate project work

+ Able to present complex information to technical and non-technical partners, both verbally and written
