The Digital Enablement team (DET) delivers end-to-end website support, including page creation, website administration, content migration, web analytics, social media monitoring and reporting & automation. It supports Marketing and Communications primarily Global Content Delivery and Data & Analytics teams.

The Buenos Aires Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the delivery of support and services, work with requestors and stakeholders to meet SLAs, and the point of contact during US day. Manage the BA team and first escalation point of the US day support.

This role will be reporting to the DET Delivery Lead.

+ Operates as the point of contact on all matters specific to maintenance of during US day.

+ Overall management of the Digital Enablement team in Buenos Aires including but not limited to synchronization of processes and standards, resource and capacity management, and performance management. First level of escalation of the DET US day support team.

+ Develop team and to cascade the updates from the Business.

+ Oversees the timely and successful delivery of tickets according to defined SLAs, including large scale solutions such as Technology platform upgrade.

+ Listens to each content owner to gain an understanding of their individualized needs then translates this to a task for the team to accomplish.

+ Manages the expectations of the stakeholders when disruptions occur during the service delivery process.

+ Guide/coach team members who are not meeting their targets. Manage team members performance and conduct regular meaningful conversations.

+ Promote team engagement activities, champions M+C culture.

+ Joins regular leads huddle and other client calls (digital marketing)

+ Drive initiatives and process improvement

+ Execute team goals and directions locally. Work with location lead to drive and execute location activities, expectations and targets.

+ Other tasks deemed necessary to support the BA team.

+ Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.

+ Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

+ Background in any of the content management tools (Sitecore, AEM, WordPress) is a plus

+ At least 5 years of experience in managing or leading a team

+ Proficient in work planning and management, resource management and reporting

+ Results driven, collaborative, detail oriented and well organized, excellent follow-up

+ Ability to motivate and promote engagement of team members

+ Agile knowledge is a plus

+ Familiar with Content Management System Technologies such as SharePoint, Sitecore, and WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager

+ Familiar with Service Now dashboards and Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.

+ Familiar with Reporting tools: Adobe Analytics, SQL, and PowerBI.

+ Must be able to work in vague situations as some requirements tend to be confidential and time sensitive.
