Basic Qualifications:
This position can be filled with Principal or Senior Principal SW Engineer. Secret Clearance is required.
• For Principal: 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
• For Senior Principal: 9 Years with Bachelors; 7 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD
• Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Candidate should have:
o Experience with working in a fast pace, agile environment with the ability to work on cross-functional Scrum team focused on quality and capability delivery
o Experience with Java development (this position requires 6 + years of Java development experience). This position requires java coding.
o Familiarity with DevSecOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery, and Automated testing
o Familiarity with version control software ( eg Git/SVN ), Jira/ atlassian confluence
o Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
o Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Scaled Agile Framework

Preferred Qualifications: At least one
- full stack software engineer, Java, Junit, Jtest
- OpenGL and front end experience
- OSGi services experience
-experience in high level application development
- experience developing, debugging algorithms
-experience in Air & Missile Defense Command and Control programs such as PATRIOT, SENTINEL, C2BMC or THAAD or any sensor/weapon system, Link 16 experience
- interfacing directly with operating systems for implementation of device drivers and controlling micro processers via direct and indirect interfaces

Salary Range: $95,000 USD - $120,000 USD
Salary Range 2: $120,000 USD - $150,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
