This exciting opportunity

TheOn Site Inventory Associateis in daily contact with the customer in a production or warehouse environment (such as: mechanics, maintenance team, customer's management team, etc.) and is usually the first point of contact for the customer on behalf of Wesco. Travelling may be required between customer sites as well as from Incora’s chemical and hardware warehouses.

You will need to
  • Represent Incora’s vision, values and objectives in all job-related activities, sustaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Receive and verify product and documentation to ensure accuracy of inventory required for the customer specifications and site.
  • Gather, deliver and stockinventory storage cribs and fill bins/cabinets on the customer site accurately with required orders.
  • Monitor production floor bins and storage cabinets to determine when replenishment of stock is required.
  • Maintain, update and improve data systems and process to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • Communicate part expedites, quality issues, and/or other problems to the On Site Representative, Onsite Supervisor, or Program Manager for root cause analysis, communication, and implementation of a resolution.


Qualifications

About you

A high school graduate with experience on warehouse and customer service. You will have excellent interaction skills in order to communicate clearly and in a concise manner within multi-level and multi-cultural environments. You will be using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers. Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
