Job Description:

The Electronic Warfare Division of the Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) currently has an opening for a RF Systems Engineer with a minimum of an active Secret security clearance to support EW programs in Bowie, MD.

The RF Systems Engineer will work with a team to deploy, troubleshoot, tech refresh and operate a classified real-time RF system. The candidate will support RF engineering and radar signal processing to include radar signal analysis and processing; IQ data analysis and processing; radar calibration; interference analysis; RF front end troubleshooting; RF front end design; digital downconverter analysis and troubleshooting; digital signal processor analysis and troubleshooting; and RF propagation effects analysis and modeling. The candidate should be comfortable working within the Linux Operating System (CentOS) and using MATLAB. The position will require frequent local travel with occasional overnights required.

Education: B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, MSEE preferred

Required Skills:

Must have a current Secret with the most recent investigation within the past 6 years.

8+ years of related experience is required. The ideal candidate will have field experience with digital sampling oscilloscopes, signal generators, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Strong verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely are required.
