In response to continued growth an opportunity exists for a motivated and outcome focused  Senior Change Manager  with a genuine track record in  change management   and business transformation  to design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.

To ensure your success your experience will include:

+ Experience analysing business change impacts and assessing and establishing measures to influence and monitor effective adoption

+ A proven track record in developing and rolling out change management initiatives for transformational systems or process change programs

+ Hands on experience in undertaking change impact assessments and training needs analyses; developing SOP’s and designing and delivering training

+ Experience in developing change communication materials to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels

+ Management of medium to large sized teams

+ Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one is essential

+ Australian citizenship
