Job Description
In this position you will be part of a Fortune 5 company as a District Asset Protection Leader. In this role you will implement asset protection objectives and administer AP programs. You will analyze information gathered from the results to determine the priorities for the assigned areas and provide the trends to the operations field partners and align those partners to the priorities.

You will work with, provide assistance, and train the field operations teams to define accountability and what needs be done to achieve the desired results. You will enforce asset protection and shrinkage control programs to protect assets from loss due to operational compliance issues and internal/external theft. You will give timely follow ups to ensure that plans and programs put in place are utilized and execution is achieved.

Responsibilities:
• Complete store health assessments to ensure overall operational compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise the use of outside agencies for security functions.
• Conduct timely, ethical, and professional investigations of all potential internal theft incidents.
• Maintain professional communication with all local law enforcement officials to ensure appropriate coordination of investigations and/or prosecutions.
• Facilitate meetings and trainings to all levels of field personnel as required.
• Attain budget results for shrink and P&L performance.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management and/or field retail management

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
• LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with responsibility for multiple stores
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
• Must possess personal vehicle which company deems reasonably reliable and is appropriately insured

Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelors degree preferred
