Position:

Vendor Sales Specialist

Job Description:

The aim of the role is to have full responsibility for acquiring, developing and retaining business within a named set of partner accounts across the Vendor Portfolio 

·         Managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base 

·         Working with Arrow Account Managers to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the Vendor’s products and services 

·         Giving support to Sales function, responsible for Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process (quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and troubleshooting other customer problems) 

·         Acting as Product Specialist and developing knowledge of Vendor product portfolio
