The Virtual Experience Demonstration Manager is responsible for the delivery of world class demonstrations to our customers and partners via the Gurgaon Virtual Studio and co-located Demonstration Center. There will be a requirement for a self-starter to have or develop a full understanding of the Poly product offerings and the established video environment and configurations, and the ability to discuss those products configurations with interested customers and partners both via individual demonstrations and larger virtual sell to and sell through events. This person will be responsible not only for the demonstrations and briefings themselves but also the overall technical upkeep of the Gurgaon center including installation, decommission and maintenance per the guidance of the Experience and Demonstration Engineering teams.

Your Day to Day

  • Support the sales teams by delivering world class demonstrations that focus on customer benefits and the whole of the Poly portfolio primarily using the Virtual Studio. (Expectation is 85-90% virtual demonstrations & briefings to customers within and beyond geographic borders).
  • Actively participate in the preparation of customer demonstrations, working closely with the related account team to ensure objectives and messaging is in line with the customer's goals
  • Interact with both external and internal (Sales and Sales Engineers) customers with openness and flexibility while ensuring the Experience Program's processes are respected and the appropriate equipment and resources are provided to achieve a successful demonstration.
  • Creatively develop new ways of demonstrating specific solutions within the portfolio that encourage both vertical based or scenario-based discussions.
  • Support the Partner organizations via multi-customer demonstration events as well as virtual partner training events.
  • Maintain the technical readiness of the Gurgaon Virtual Studio and assist in the layout and upkeep of the co-located Experience Center in Gurgaon.
  • Support the physical Experience Center co-located with the virtual studio on an as needed basis for additional on site and remote support demonstrations.
  • Work with leadership and peers to creatively market the Virtual Demonstration Program to internal customers and partner organizations.

What you Bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in the Video or Telecom Industry
  • Excellent presentation skills, confidence on camera
  • Customer focused (service) attitude
  • Excellent English-speaking skills, the addition of any additional languages
  • Strong verbal and communication skills in English and other languages
  • Ability to adapt to any audience from C-level executives to sales and technical audiences
  • Ability to manage situations under stress with a calm and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Able to work independently while being part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Previous technical training/demonstration experience
