The Digital Technology and Innovation group supports the Corporate Strategy, Digital Platform & Innovation Business. Together they work closely to continue evolving Wells Fargo’s digital platforms and enhance integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities. 

Join the Digital Technology & Innovations team and help support our customer experience by working in the Application Performance Management team and helping run End User Monitoring. As part of small and talented team that interacts with business, development and operations, you'll help our customers succeed financially by ensuring that our customer experience is beating expectations. 

The Software Engineer / Digital Analytics Expert will define strategy and solutions using tools like Glassbox, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana and App Dynamics to measure end user engagement and performance monitoring for our Digital Platform. 

This resource will be highly experienced in creating key dashboard / dashboarding for senior management decisioning purposes. 

Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: 333 Market St. San Francisco, CA; 794 Davis St. San Leandro, CA; 3440 Walnut Ave. Fremont, CA; 1755 Grant St FL2, Concord, CA; 1525 W. W.T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC; 2600 S. Price Rd., Chandler, AZ. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. 

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 7+ years of experience providing monitoring tools support for applications built on JAVA or .NET platforms
  • 5+ years of Splunk experience
  • 2+ years of experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Kafka
  • 2+ years working with configuration and monitoring experience with Grafana

Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5+ years of financial services industry experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and high availability architectures, at an enterprise level
