This Tech Operations Associate (TOA) will lead the Secure File Transmissions (SFT) team within the Secure Communications group, consisting of 2 Info Sec Engineers. The TOA will lead SFT initiatives, projects, and taskers, in coordination with team members and management. They will act as a project coordinator for onboarding new customers and support existing customers. This position will also coordinate, create, and assign JIRA tasks to engineers as needed. Additionally, this position will help facilitate Pervasive Encryption implementations, enabling applications to encrypt their confidential and restricted data at rest.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 5+ years of experience in production supporting, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor relations, demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 5+ years of experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, problem and incident management, and availability management, demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 2+ years of client service or related business experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • 2+ years of JIRA experience
  • 3+ years of file transfer methodology experience
  • 3+ years of experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and/or helping with issue resolution



Desired Qualifications

  • Certification in ITIL concepts and task management tools/systems
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and support tools used in a support environment
  • Experience with Help Desk or Production Support in a financial services company
  • 1+ year of vendor management experience
  • 2+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience
  • 3+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
