Information and Cyber Security (ICS) is a part of Wells Fargo Technology. ICS is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the ICS function. ICS pioneers solutions to secure customer information and enable our partners. This group’s mission is to deliver seamless security for stakeholders by empowering the team to manage risk and provide proactive, innovative, and resilient solutions.

Influence technology selection by gathering and reviewing customer information, working with technology teams to determine if custom solution is necessary, and recommend best option to the customer. Provide guidance on leveraging new technology. Request sizing estimates and reviews for reasonableness. Ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions. Monitor high profile projects to ensure requests are met on time and within sizing, keeping all parties informed of impacts & changes. Maintain regular contact with all levels of management within Technology and the supported business unit. Conduct research/analysis of competitive market environment for innovative business products & services, regulatory/compliance issues, & implications of new implementations. Leads implementation of most complex projects/initiatives impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise. Understands compliance & risk management requirements for supported area & works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Primary interface with Financial Industry Leaders for 1 Business Lines. Supports interfaces with Technology Industry Leaders, Analysts & Regulators.

Information and Cyber Security (ICS) has the ICS Education and Awareness function responsible for developing and supporting companywide information and cyber security learning, education, and awareness initiatives. ICS Education and Awareness executes per the requirements in the Information Security Policy.

The Tech Bus Services Associate will:

  • Lead initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained as it relates to ICS Education and Awareness Program functions and initiatives. This service is leveraged by all Line of Businesses (LOBs); critical services in ICS also leverage this team to develop awareness materials related to current areas of risk or new project activities. 
  • Manage the ICS Education and Awareness SharePoint environment, which includes strong focus on permissions using groups.
  • Maintain knowledge of technologies related to SharePoint (i.e., Online, Forms, Lists, PowerBI).
  • Create complex workflows within SharePoint Online using PowerApps.
  • Oversee request for improvements within the SharePoint environment. 
  • Participate in ICS Education and Awareness events to improve the overall security awareness posture of the company.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology experience
  • An AA/AS degree or higher
  • 2+ years of SharePoint administration experience
  • 1 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer
  • 1 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer workflows
  • 1+ year of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • 5+ years of SharePoint administration experience
  • 3 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer workflows
  • 3 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer
  • 3 + years of experience with Dynamic Forms for SharePoint
  • 5+ years of data management experience
  • 3+ years of JavaScript development experience
  • 2+ years of information security experience
  • 4+ years of SQL experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of relational database experience

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
