HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner will manage, and coordinate activities related to Human Resources. The main responsibilities include development and the implementation of strategies and programs related to recruitment, employee relations management, talent management, remuneration, organizational effectiveness, building organizational capability and talent assessment/selection.
+ Acts as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counselor for the leadership team.
+ Managing recruiting process including reporting, cooperation with internal recruitment team and process development
+ Assesses and select top talent in a timely manner, partnering with Talent acquisition and hiring managers.
+ Ensures that performance management practices are fully integrated and that the processes are completed to raise the performance bar.
+ Provides advanced coaching, consulting and facilitation to functional leaders. Provide guidance and direction on complex HR issues.
+ Administers compensation programs to assure competitive pay practices through systems that reward superior employee performance whilst working within the framework required by local employment law
+ Supports all Eaton established processes, such as organizational development, employee surveys, Eaton Philosophy at Work Practices, Performance Management processes
+ Partners with the rest of the HR organization to implement standardized global HR processes.
+ Engineering regional early talent development, including university / engineering school partnerships
We would like you to have:
+ University degree, preferably Master’s in business related area
+ A minimum 5 +years’ HR experience – preferably in an engineering or technology environment.
+ Demonstrated, strong knowledge of Czech HR labor laws and organizational practices.
+ Strong functional HR knowledge with focus on policy and process formulation
+ Must be fluent in English and Czech including verbal and written business language ability.
+ Ability to effectively communicate ideas and thoughts to people at all levels of the organization.
