Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Project Engineer– Technical Change Management and Integration. This position will be responsible for executing scope in the Change Integration organization and coordinating with responsible engineers to bring needed changes to board. This role will work closely with the Chief Engineers office and with IPTs to gather impacts while performing technical review of changes within their purview and guiding said changes to implementation. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the GBSD program.  This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.   You’ll Bring These Qualifications: •           Current Active DoD Secret clearance •           Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline from an accredited university •           Relevant job experience: Bachelors of Science + 14 years of exp; Masters of Science + 12 years of exp; PhD + 9 years of experience  •           Change Management experience •           Effectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers and customers •           Excellent technical writing skills, and team building skills •           Demonstrated communication skills and flexibility •           Proficiency in MS Office These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: •           Current Active DoD Top Secret clearance •           Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes •           Direct experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database •           Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and CAMEO •           Subcontractor technical oversight experience •           Engineering experience at the development and/ or production stages of the lifecycle •           Background or experience in hardware design, electrical engineering or systems engineering on a rocket or missile platform Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
