We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.

Department Overview:
PTCT - Payments, Treasury and Customer care Technology group aims to provide technology across Payments, Customer channels, Treasury Solutions (ACH, Wire, Commercial Card, Real time Payments, Lockbox, Sweeps, Zelle Pay, Push2Card, Desktop deposits) in the form of Services, Solutions, Software, Products and helps Commercial Banking CIO group to move forward in transforming the technology organization. This includes collaborating with Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Shared Service and Infrastructure teams.

About the Role

This position will be an integral part of CCIBT - PTCT technology group. Need to play an Automation Engineer Role that is expected to perform In accordance with business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications, reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Candidate needs to work with US partner teams and it demands to be available as per the delivery timelines.


  • In accordance with business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications

  • Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities

  • Requires coordinating and working with teams between US and India

  • Mindset of Automating the suite of products in payments world

    Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology (or) Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer science or equivalent.

  • 7+ Years of hands-on experience Automation Engineering

  • Proven use of 2 or more development languages like Java and any other Object oriented programming languages.

  • Hands on experience on developing bespoke custom framework for project needs in any of the automation/unit testing frameworks like Qmetry, Selenium, Perfecto (or) TestNG.

  • Good at trouble shooting and problem solving skills, Need to execute the project deliverables with minimal help and supervision.

  • Very good understanding of basic HTTP principles and Restful standards, Have experience in testing the API's using the at least one java library.

  • Hands on with development and test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, Junit, Test NG, Eclipse, Jenkins, Gradle, JIRA, UFT, Qmetry, Postman).

  • Hands on experience with web technologies (e.g. HTTP, XML, REST, etc).

  • Good exposure of TDD, BDD, Responsive and Mobile Testing.

  • Exposure to Agile and its relevant tools is an added advantage.

    Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Java, Spring and Micro services.
