Job Description:

The Small Business Lending Senior Product Manager oversees the end-to-end client & employee experience for all channels (with focus on high/tech, high/touch Digital presentment) across all Small Business lines and loans products. Responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, to ensure our Small Business clients have a best in class experience and designing and executing improvement strategies. Competencies required include demonstrated strategic planning/product management skills, strong analytical skills with breadth of view and negotiation skills.

Small Business Lending Senior Product Manager Additional Role Responsibilities include:
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities across the digital experience to improve efficiency, control, and the client experience
  • Benchmark existing and emerging threats within the Small Business lending marketplace that presents competitive disadvantages
  • Journey map future roadmap, partnering across numerous departments, including technology, sales, marketing, credit and digital to build a business case for digital transformation
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional partnership to optimize initiatives and align with enterprise-wide advancements
  • Partner with channel leadership to identify and monitor tactics to create better credit delivery and pull-through performance
  • Represent team on upcoming digital advancement projects that will support efforts to further digitize our business (e.g. Platform Transformation, PPP Digital Transformation)

Required Skills:
  • 3-5+ years leadership experience and vision to build an efficient and transformational plan
  • Building relationships and partnering across different functional areas
  • Strong strategic and problem solving skills
  • Digital expertise and capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Presentation skills, ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
  • Business case development

Desired Skills:
  • Commercial Credit/Small Business credit knowledge
  • Working knowledge in project management

Enterprise Role Description :
Develops and manages highly complex products in GCSBB. Ensures that product management effort is integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation and customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short- and long-term strategies/outlooks for assigned product(s), and designing and tailoring products to meet customers' needs. Competencies required include demonstrated strategic planning/product management skills, strong analytical skills with breadth of view, negotiation skills, and 7 to 10 years of related experience.
