Highlights:

As the Senior Manager of Content Marketing, you drive online traffic and support brand and lead generation by developing high impact marketing content for use across digital platforms. You excel at developing thoughtful, strategic content while managing content creators and the content marketing programs. You propel business through collaboration with outside agencies to increase brand awareness for the entire organization while achieving business objectives. You are passionate about connecting with clients across multiple marketing channels and educating them on the unique features of our solutions.

You maximize efforts and ensure consistent execution of content marketing strategies by leveraging partnerships with Sales, Product Management and other internal teams. Your focus on defining the approach to brand storytelling and leading full-time and contract content creators to produce compelling content aligned to brand and program goals. You improve revenue generation by contributing to marketing and business objectives. You serve as a steward of the Spectrum Enterprise brand and a brand storyteller. You direct content development in an office environment and travel as needed to meet company objectives. You report to the Director of Social Media and Content Strategy for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
  • Encourage company-wide excellence and growth by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
  • Drive content development by leading a group of cross-functional content marketing professionals.
  • Coordinate and implement enterprise-wide content through collaboration with internal teams and outside advertising agencies.
  • Craft creative media strategies by partnering with research teams to develop in-depth client insights.
  • Ensure financial success by managing the budget and monthly accrual process for the assigned area of business.
  • Attract and develop talent by leading, training and providing effective coaching.
  • Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
  • Five or more years of direct marketing experience.
  • Five or more years of experience partnering with creative advertising agencies to develop marketing campaigns that deliver outstanding results.
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Expert in marketing strategies, procedures and project management.
  • Proven track record of developing compelling content strategies and executing on them flawlessly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve strategies based on key learnings.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Solid prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues while working under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
