An exciting opportunity to work with the Data and Artificial Intelligence Solution group (DAIS), a group at Credit Suisse responsible for supporting Data initiatives across the firm. We are looking for a US based Client Engagement and Delivery Project Manager to manage the book of work across our focus areas to ensure the coordinated and targeted delivery of DAIS products and services to our clients and sponsors. The Client Engagement and Delivery Project Manager will be the part of a project management team responsible for handling delivery within DAIS, working with the DAIS distributed team and supporting the long-term DAIS strategy plan. *Your future colleagues* DAIS is the part of Hosting and Data Services function within central COO-CIO division. Experience with and knowledge of the Program & Project Management field, Agile and Waterfall methodologies and IT Solution Delivery Framework is essential. * Influencing, Negotiating, Team member Management – This role will at times require balancing across contending or conflicting priorities; you should be comfortable with negotiating and handling conflict and have experience of managing numerous, complex relationships with all levels of team members. * Communication – Fluent communicator, able to craft and deliver information at an executive, detailed, and technical level, depending on the audience. Your strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management skills will enable you to quickly gain trust and build up solid working relationships. * Vendor Management – Handling of external vendors, including working with Sourcing Vendor Management on contract negotiations, calculation of license and software demand, professional services contracts and BoW requests. * Technical background – Should have experience with data technologies i.e. database technologies, ETL, MDM solutions, strong experience with Confluence and ServiceNow for book of work and change activities. Experience working with Big Data and Machine Learning / NLP solutions are not required but will be a major plus. * Budget management – Should have experience in managing program financials. In addition, you will be expected to efficiently look after the costs of hardware platform. Experience with Credits Suisse project financial tacking systems such OnePPM and iAnalyze and with TCO and Business allocations will be a plus. * Compliance – You should espouse and exemplify a strong culture of controls and compliance, and lead teams and colleagues to maintain this standard in all their activities. * Horizontal, service-based culture – DAIS is a horizontal service within the Bank.
