**Marketing and Communications Manager**


We are looking for a talented Marketing and Communication Manager to join our team specializing in Communications for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Indianapolis, IN at the Cummins DBU Headquarters (Hybrid) in downtown Indy.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Managing, coaching, and mentoring professional/hourly staff; providing guidance and direction, delegating work appropriately.

+ Solving unique cross-functional problems.

+ Leading and coaching on project, account vendor management.

+ Building leads, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders/leaders/vendors

+ Building, leading, executing strategic communications planning (marketing promotional plan/communications plan).

+ Identifying, coaching, and managing process improvement and functional excellence.


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

+ College, university, or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject required.

+ Digital technology experience: General understanding of Internet-of-Things, artificial intelligence, and the role data plays in digital product transformation.

+ Creative communication design: Capable of presenting information from a variety of sources in a compelling message through storytelling to engage target audiences; applying the appropriate tools and media types to create effective, high-quality visual and experiential media

+ Data analysis: Being capable to discover, interpret and communicate qualitative and quantitative data; determine conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applying statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presenting conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
