Position Summary :
Are you looking for a career with a purpose? CVS Health has an opening for a Pharmacy Operations 340B Director. You will have leadership responsibilities for driving the success of the contract pharmacy team. Furthermore, you will lead the daily responsibilities of Pharmacy Implementation, Operations and Inventory teams and will lead multiple projects while concurrently providing strategic insight and leadership. Some other components of this role include working with enterprise colleagues including 340B Covered Entity Account Management, FP&A, Inventory Operations and work with Senior Management to help us evaluate staffing needs, develop program goals, build a motivated and efficient team, increase workflows to support budget targets and use synergies to best support mutual Covered Entity relationships. Also, you will lead active pharmacy account management; project plans for several 340B covered entities (i.e. disproportionate share hospitals, federally qualified health centers) and resolve program related issues in collaboration with the administration teams.

• Manage the daily operational and planning aspects of the pharmacy operations management team and overseeing their interaction with Wellpartner TPA Account Management
• Oversee the team responsible for implementing 340B contract pharmacy programs to ensure they launch to active account management status
• Oversee the development of all standard operating procedures to help us manage all active 340B pharmacy accounts
• Oversee the development of training materials to on-board and support ongoing training of pharmacy account managers on staff
• Set operational goals for the team and help us prepare action steps to achievement goals
• You will report to the Senior Director and will help us develop talent, manage job descriptions, identify new business roles, create team goals and lead the daily operations
• Exhibit the ability to structure useful guidance around complex strategy decisions to influence and guide the decisions made by others

Required Qualifications
• 5 years or more of 340B experience in the specialty operations or retail environment
• At least one year or more of management experience
• 3 years of experience in a health-related area

COVID Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of CVS/pharmacy or CVS/Caremark pharmacy operations
• Knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment
• Oral and written communications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint)
• Experience in workflow management systems or service delivery
• Analysis and resolution at strategic and functional levels
• Use reports, and other analytical tools to help target efforts for maximum program results
• Develop talent and lead teams, communicate with executive management to determine priorities

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required
