General requirements:

+ Vietnamese nationality with Bachelor or Master degree regardless of majors;

+ Graduates in 2021 or 2022, with less than 2 years of full-time work experience;

+ Accumulative GPA from 7/10 or equivalent;

+ Good analytical and critical thinking;

+ Ability to use, monitor and adopt technology at work,

+ Be able to work independently and good at collaboration; Leadership experiences in a student organisations, teams or NGOs is a plus,

+ Good business acumen, strong drive and highly demonstrate leadership potential;

Functional requirements:

+ A champion for talent catalyst with passion about people behaviour and development,

+ Be able to use people analytics to power HR decision making,

+ Having interests in businesses, courage to offer creative insights and execute change,

+ Ability to build relationship, collaborate and manage stakeholders,
