Job Description
Business critical role within PD&I’s Product Application Support team responsible for triaging and resolving Tier 1 & 2 tickets logged by internal customers. Ensures the end state of the business operation meets business objective(s) and that agreed upon SLAs are met. May lead virtual demonstrations of the enrollment platform with internal and external audiences. May assist with content, recording and production of on demand materials supporting our application. May lead small projects related to system capabilities, process improvement, training, or other related areas.

Identifies and rectifies issues related to systems supported including escalating to appropriate technology partners when resolution requires further intervention. Acts as product advocate through system promotion, user education and issue documentation; Gathers feedback and provides analysis in support of continual product improvement; Manages targets for business partner satisfaction through survey feedback.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Familiarity with the new business and renewal business Sales/Underwriting and Case Installation processes.
- Product and benefit experience/knowledge.
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills
- Learning/Delivery – distance learning virtual tech
- Flexibility and adaptability to change

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with health insurance benefits, open enrollment, enrollment platforms
- Knowledge of Aetna quoting and benefit administration applications (AQC, CPQ, ABAT, and CCFE) and PERS/BPLVs is preferred.

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
