Job Description:

Summary

The position is responsible for Solar Inverter, Power Infrastructure and Factory Automation segment Business Development support reference design development and market penetration in China region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Development support reference design development and market penetration in assigned segment in China region to support sales and application team to drive multi socket solution design won against focus line card portfolio
  • Focus on China Solar Inverter, Power Infrastructure and Factory Automation segment, drive system solutions in aligning with focus supplier line cards to support Sales and Application team on demand creation activities
  • Identify and develop reference design to support end customer on faster time to market, drive and monitor demand creation status on assigned application segments
  • Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships: Enhance manager relationships with key contacts by providing superior service and operation excellence. Implement effective and practiced techniques for solving problems. Effectively communicate with all levels (supplier, customer, vendor). Attend reviews and meetings.
  • Accountable for the results on assigned focus segment application
  • Applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent

What We Are Looking For

  • Typically requires 7–10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
