Reporting into the Director Materials Management we are currently recruiting for a Regional Senior SIOP Planner based out of our new facility in Dublin, Ireland

This is an excellent opportunity for a EMEA SIOP planning role with focus on improving demand, Supply planning and S&OP process deployment in EMEA.

The Sr. S&OP planner will be accountable for leading the SIOP planning cycle planning of in EMEA while managing key global central team and intercompany supply relationships. The Sr S&OP planner works closely with EMEA team and is part of overall Global HTS central SIOP team. This position will be responsible for the Demand & Supply Balancing, PFEP deployment and intercompany demand and execution of the SIOP. The successful candidate will be drive ensure that S&OP processes are deployed in accordance with the overall HTS direction. This role will provide the materials support the regional factories & DCs as well as intercompany locations globally.

Duties to include

·       Participates in all stages of the monthly SIOP process and lead monthly reconciliation process

·       Partner with factory and regional SIOP process team and supply planners to facilitate maximum customer satisfaction, stakeholder satisfaction and financial performance.

·       Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.

·       Document major risks and assumptions in the demand plan, including the coordination of new products, projects, promotions, events and/or customer planning activities. 

Other Areas of responsibility are

·       Partners with local Supply Planners to identify and reconcile supply gaps and rough-cut capacity planning for both short and long-term time horizons, providing an early warning system for issues identification, as well as demand spikes.

·       Works with factories and demand planners on a volume and value$ demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation with a min of 12-18 months’ time horizon.

·       Lead corrective action on behalf of regional Sales Inventory & Operations Planning team for demand plan accuracy, sales forecast accuracy, and/or supply plan accuracy.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree Qualified within Engineering, Business or Supply Cain
  • S&OP or SIOP Experience working on in international basis
  • Forecasting, RCCP or MPS Tools Knowledge & Experience
  • Trackable work experience within Supply Chain or Operations

  • Experience with cross-functional team leadership
  • Understands commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
