The Lee Lab has an opening for a Postdoctoral Fellow with interests in antibody repertoire profiling, protein engineering, and immunoengineering. The Lee Lab is located at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, in Hanover, NH. Information on the Lee Lab can be found at http://lee-lab.engineering.dartmouth.edu/.
This position will focus on analyzing immune repertoire profiling data (BCR-Seq and Ig-Seq) to understand the composition, development, and dynamics of antibody repertoires in infectious diseases (influenza, COVID-19, etc.), autoimmune disease, and cancer. This position will provide opportunities for 1) generating next-generation sequencing and antibody proteomics data; 2) analyzing and interpreting secondary datasets using computational tools; 3) developing novel platforms for protein engineering; and/or 4) conducting independent studies in complementary areas. We are engaged in both domestic and international research collaborations.
The position is part of NIH funded projects available immediately with flexible starting dates for a 2-3 year appointment with the possibility of renewal based on performance. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and skills, complete with benefits.
