Are you passionate about data and helping CVS to deliver superior service to our clients? Consider the position of Client Services Analytics Advisor, where your work directly informs the decision making regarding the accuracy of health plan benefit designs and related programs. As a key member of the analytics team, you will:
Act as a strategic partner and analytic product owner to Client Services Health Plans and its business partners to translate business questions and drive analytic projects leading to meaningful intelligence
Understand the key drivers of business value and incorporate that knowledge into design of analytic solutions. Identify defect trends related to benefit configurations to reduce Service Warranties, performance guarantee and improve quality
Develop analytic solutions and recommendations to help drive compliance with client intent and optimize benefit designs.
Develop audit strategies to detect production corrections quickly to minimize client / member disruption and improve quality
Key job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Translating business problems into analytic questions and designing solutions to execute benefits and clinical implementations/business maintenance, and to improve quality and productivity.
Collaborating with internal and external partners to elicit business needs and formulate and refine analytic and governance solutions to meet the business needs and to drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements and business value.
Leading and managing projects related to a wide variety of business needs, IT compliance/regulatory initiatives
Mentoring and coaching other team members to improve their skills/knowledge base and to be aligned with the strategic and operational objectives of the Client Services Organization.
Presenting analytic findings in a variety of formats and tailoring the communication style to the right audience, from the analytic professional to the senior business leaders.

Required Qualifications
-3 years of proven analytic experience using electronic drug benefit plan design and claims data
-Advanced programming skills such as:
SAS, SQL, Tableau, MS Access, Python, R, Power BI,
