Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Supervises operations for Patient Registration and Ambulatory Support Services for the department, ensuring the processes of patient registration, ambulatory front desk and reimbursement of physician services. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Assists Manager of Patient Accounts/Services. Supervises full and part time employees in Patient Services. Compiles daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules, reports and statistics. Establishes, maintains and updates departmental procedures. Interviews, hires, take corrective action and evaluate employees. Working Conditions Normal office environment with occasional trips to ambulatory care area. Preferred Qualifications Bachelorâ™s degree preferred. Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Must be organized and accurate. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent high school certification plus three to four years experience in related field. Grade C11 Salary Range $52,200.00 - $81,100.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
