We are currently recruiting for an experienced Leader in our Supply Chain & Operations Practice, based in Toronto Canada, with Energy (Power Utilities) industry and supply chain transformation, sourcing & procurement experience.

The work:

We are seeking a candidate to come help lead and grow our Supply Chain & Operations practice. In this role you will work with and lead a dynamic team of

Supply Chain practitioners to:

Identify and solve problems using your analytical skills and deep industry experienceBuild and manage client-relationships with senior leaders at our key accounts

Create compelling business cases and value propositions for our clients to help drive supply chain transformations within their organizations

Ensure our clients’ supply chain operations support their overall objectives—and be ready to diplomatically challenge old fashioned approaches if needed

Give clients insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficiently

Manage business development and a book of business at leading Canadian retailer

Here’s what you need:

At least 5 years working as a consultant, representing Professional Services

10+ years’ experience leading client engagements through supply chain transformations

10+ years’ experience optimizing end-to-end supply chains with knowledge in sourcing & procurement services

10+ years’ experience in the Energy industry (power utilities primarily)

Bonus points if:

You’ve got experience working with Supply Chain software such as SAP SCM, Manhattan SCM, Blue Yonder, LLamasoft or similar products

You can spot where to find new value in supply chain, and explain it simplyYou know how to run strategic cost takeout projects
