Natural Gas Engine Combustion/Performance/Emission Engineer

Description

We are looking for a talented Natural Gas Engine Combustion/Performance/Emission Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business Unit in Columbus, IN. This role offers a hybrid schedule. The candidate would be expected to work on site three days per week.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Emissions tuning/development
  • Troubleshooting engine performance problems
  • Engine performance tuning
  • Investigate performance related warranty concerns
  • Emissions compliance testing and analysis
  • Engine simulation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong engine performance tuning experience
  • Experience communicating with cross functional teams and speaking with stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
