The Security Infrastructure, AMER, role will report into the Engineering, Environment, Health & Safety organization. As the Security Infrastructure, AMER, applicant will have responsibility for the oversight of physical security systems and processes day-to-day operations to include projects and services. The 4 main areas of oversight and responsibility include: * Building Access Operation: management of the Access Control Administration functions (day-to-day services, walk-ins, HR orientations, and terminations); training, management, and oversight of the Access Control Office. Coordinate with Global Security Services to ensure adherence to security access control policies and standard methodologies. * Services and Administration: management of Physical Security systems such as Access Control, Video Surveillance and Intrusion Detection systems and others as requested; data collection and report creation to support SOX, internal and external audits relating to Access Control information. Work closely with compliance, business units, and small projects to ensure that regulatory requirements for separations of business are followed. * Facilities Maintenance and Break Fix: management of GBSS incident management reporting and updates on systems failures and service outages; management of security maintenance vendor device break fix contracts, including service review meetings; management of performance service levels, Key Performance Indicator’s and vendor process requirements; and ensure all preventative maintenance inspections are completed management of life cycle replacements and upgrades in line with roadmap and strategy inclusive of assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT); vendor relationship management ensure that all aspect of vendor contract, business relationship and operations are carried out as outlined and required. * Facilities Projects and Security Infrastructure Deployments: real estate project design coordination for Physical Security products, components and related infrastructure; program systems and coordinate Technology Services Network requirements to meet the overall project plan for existing and any new system installations are required; project management support for regional projects to include vendor management, cost analysis and coordination with the internal and external clients.
