Title: Product Manager, StandOut Talent Activation Platform -Remote - 100% Virtual position. US Only.

Position Description

Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Product Team is looking for a Product Manager, StandOut Talent Activation. We’re looking for a creative thinker who is growth-minded, thrives on complex projects, and is passionate about putting technology into the service of people.

 

You will work tightly with our UX team, engineers, and a senior product manager to craft and execute the strategy and roadmap for StandOut, delivering truly innovative experiences to help us build the next frontier of Coaching at Scale, leveraging technology, human coaches, and interactive in-the-moment learning design in a way that no one has done before. May also be responsible for building integrations with ADP and third-party applications to meet users in the flow of work.

 

Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?

  • In-the-work Agile product development: Writing User Stories, breaking down Epics, determining business requirements and acceptance criteria, grooming, and refining the engineering team, planning sprints, working with the engineers to execute.
  • Work closely with various product, technology, service, and sales teams across both TMBC and ADP’s other products to create a collaborative and integrated cross-product experience in all the places our products are encountered.
  • Actively seek out the needs of our users, clients, and partners and translate into product requirements and recommendations on the best things to do.
  • Support product leadership strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.
  • Serve as the central resource with design, process, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Project management as needed.
  • Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement), working day-to-day with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements and balance business needs with technical requirements.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly to help drive fast decisions, be it with engineering teams or non-technical business leaders
  • Strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of successful product delivery
    • Relentless focus on product enhancements that will drive real, measurable impact

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS required in applicable field
  • 2+ years’ experience in Product Management or similar field
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, working on scrum teams

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Ideal candidate has experience in talent management or HCM domain
  • Ideal candidate has experience supporting a growing organization and product

This is a 100% Remote - US position. 

 

We believe in good faith that compensation for a successful candidate based in Colorado would be between the range listed below.

 

$53,100 - $80,750
