In line with the continued growth and expansion of our business throughout Asia Pacific, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Global Finance Programs Analyst to join our team.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates Peoplesoft ERP implementation and end-user training
  • Executes finance processes change initiatives and activities
  • Ensures successful project delivery that is in line with the broader goals and objectives of the program.
  • Designs specific tower plans including timelines, business cases, and resources ensuring design signoff by management.
  • Ensures regulatory and compliance policy is adhered to in the projects and related operational risks are explicitly considered and managed in their implementation.
  • Identifies matters regarding resources and timelines and formally captures and communicates to management in order to seek support on any changes.
  • Adheres to the governance structure. Ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes of processes under the scope.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage and communicate interdependencies where applicable. Leads and develops an effective team through communication, performance management, development plans, and rewards and recognition.
  • Drives technology implementation and coordinates effective testing, go-live, and stabilization independently or as part of a wider transformation.


  • Minimum 3-6 years of related experience in ERP/Finance project management.
  • CPA, CMA, CA, CFA preferred.
  • Requires strong knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly developed MS Office skills.

We are in particular need of Building Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Managers.  Folks that have current hands on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, PLC’s, robotics, conveyor systems, carpentry, automation, controls and/or general maintenance.  And we need Managers that can direct these employees.
