Job Description

We are growing rapidly to support the change and disruption happening in the industries we serve. To support this growth, we are seeking skilled and driven leaders to help drive our customer-centric digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced UX leader & practitioner who is passionate about building creative experiences that balance consumers' intent and business needs. You will play a key role in aligning our product roadmaps with consumer and market needs and creating products that are optimized for technical framework constraints. This role requires both hands-on delivery and leadership, is both tactical and strategic, requiring a solid background in conceptualizing, researching, designing, and creating first-class product experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Building vision and experience for our online design studio and smart packaging products.
  • Execute high-quality design deliverables including wireframes, user flows and prototypes.
  • Supporting digital products from creation of design concepts to the final launch of the product as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis.
  • Collaborating with external partners across functions, internal teams including Experience Design , IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regional Marketing and e-commerce .
  • Working closely with the Digital Product Owners to understand the product roadmap and forecast UX needs & opportunities.
  • Advocating for user-centered mindsets and practices throughout the organization.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding and knowledge in agile development and proliferating the practice across the organization.
  • Partnering with the Experience Design team to ensure consistency with digital brand standards, including integrating and promoting UX methodologies and design approaches across the organization.
  • Driving alignment around jobs to be done through concepting, workshop facilitation and user flow creation.
  • Performing and overseeing user research, workflow research and analysis, including defining current and future-state personas and user journeys.

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Certifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in UX design, product development, research, and/or marketing, applying best practices to create delightful & usable design solutions
  • 3+ years' experience leading or mentoring UX/UI Designers.
  • Ability to distill complex business rules into simple & elegant user experiences and designs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering timely, effective, and practical solutions that address product needs.

  • You have experience communicating with and influencing business and technology stakeholders by demonstrating the tangible value of UX as well as mapping user needs to business objectives and technical capabilities.
