The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) function is a Second Line of Defence function which oversees the Group’s established non-financial risk framework (NFRF), providing a consistent and unified approach to evaluating and monitoring the Group’s non-financial risks. The NFRF sets common minimum standards across the Group for non-financial risk and control processes and review and challenge activities. Key responsibilities of this role will offer a diverse opportunity to work within NFR, involving engagement with business partners across the Investment Banking Division and the US legal entities to perform the following key duties, but not limited to: review and challenge of Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) performed by the First Line of carrying out executing quality assurance to validate the production of regulatory reports in line with internal policies and regulatory rules, drafting responses to regulatory inquiries and preparation for regulatory meetings, analyzing data to identify risks trends within the Divisions or Legal Entity, performing deep dive analysis of operational risk incidents, and preparing non financial risk materials for senior management and governance forums. *Your future colleagues* The Risk division's long-term success depends on our ability to achieve our vision and fulfill our directive.
