About the Role
Looking for a senior technology specialist with 8 to 12 years .NET experience who can lead and deliver high quality and cost effective solution. The individual will be a hands-on person and will also play an individual contributor towards application deliverables and responsible to drive technical teams, business consultants towards Organization/Group priorities
•Should be able to work independently on projects and enhancements playing the roles of Individual contributor & Lead towards development, design & Architecture responsibilities
•Should be able to design the solution for business problem, especially on microservices
•Responsible to guide the team on the technical challenges
•Individual contributor in Agile squad for SysDev function
•Experience in design and development of distributed, cloud native application, especially in microservices application development.
•Experience in working in any Cloud implementation (Pivotal Cloud Foundry/Azure/AWS/GCP)
•Knowledge and Experience on Containers.
•Strong knowledge on design patterns.
•Strong experience in Data Analysis, SQL Server queries, tables, stored procedures and triggers. Experience in NoSQL added advantage.
•Knowledge on Query Performance tuning & profiling.
•Experience in UI design & development using AngularJS, JQuery, bootstrap
•Experience using source control tools (GIT, TFS, SVN etc.)
•Experience in CI/CD & DevOps.
•Familiarity with all the deliverables associated with Agile.
•Experience in Banking domain - (2-3yrs) (preferably Lending)
•Ability to quickly understand the business process and map the application functions
•Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a team.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
•Should be effective communicator, able to drive the discussions
•Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline
•Candidate can clearly demonstrate their implementation experience.
•Candidate can demonstrate that they have the capability to ramp up quickly without a lot of instruction, training, or hand-holding.
•Candidate can demonstrate that they possess a balance of technical skills with hands-on implementation experience
•Candidate can demonstrate that they have the soft skills to support a lack of detailed instruction or training.
